Great explanation -- this instructor typically does a great job (at least from all the videos that i've seen of hers)... the pole or stick idea is phenomenal....most other instructors refer to the "imaginary stick" but this was wonderful....actually using a yard stick or hard tape measurer or a curtain rod....to get the point of what this instructor is talking about....wow...how wonderful that you thought of teaching this!

Great class! I should definitely try this before jumping into spine exercises.
