Fantastic workout!!! Not a teacher, just a pilates fan with a Balanced Body reformer at home. At level 3, it was GREAT hearing all your queues, which are often not found at level 3. This workout worked deep deep muscles. It is beyond fantastic. I also found it very interesting that while doing foot bar work, my knee never popped once as it usually does when working on foot bar - you have the magical touch in setting up each exercise to work how its really suppose to work. thank you. Hope you create more level 3 videos.

Just fantastic work-thank you Sarah- really loved the forward lunge with rotation -quite challenging, but great for balance work

Quite challenging!  I loved the standing/balancing glute work.
