Thanks for the heads up. That was our fault-- we had not set the correct permissions on that video file. It is working now.

I'm getting extremely frustrated - log in regularly to watch a class and rarely get an videos to run. Constantly loading and nothing happens. My internet connection is very good and fast - can run anything bar Pilates Anytime videos it seems. Getting very close to giving up on this!!!!
