I'm feeling the need to post some LOVE to, my fav. instructors. I usually only watch Amy and Courtney (and a couple guys, I don't recall their names). Such a great understanding of balance regarding range of motion, strength and speed. Thanks for allowing the student at home to enhance there awareness and make there time on the mat smarter, not just fast and fancy...Though I must say, this was so wonderfully FANCY! The instructors instructor!
