Challenging but very good if you would like to combine everything the body needs in a workout i.e. both pilates+cardio. Showed me how unconditioned I feel some days ha-ha-ha. Need to repeat to be able to do all the repetitions. Fast paced- Definitely will repeat when I feel ready to be challenged. Recommend to approach this one when you feel strong and you have no pain anywhere, otherwise you may end up sore. Perhaps the cardio " breaks" can be more varied in style. Instructions are always top-notch with this instructor.
