Thanks! Great workout I loved the single leg stretch variation with the foot on the push thru bar! And the one leg squats with the arm work (I wondered if I should be turned out or parallel) also the footwork was awesome I did it with just one spring and it was plenty challenging and really got my ankles and lower legs fired up! I like the glute series and I like the standing arms with single leg squat and I like the oblique work for the lateral flexion block - had forgotten about that one!
