What alternative exercices can we do if the client has ribs problems and can't lay on the box on the belly? 
Pauline you could sit on the reformer and press your arms into the frame while taking the spine into extension.  Hope this helps.  Please let me know.
So glad I stumbled upon this one again. Love the simplicity of it all but really felt the work. I enjoy the reformer/tower combo classes since the Balanced Body Studio Reformer/Tower is what I have at home. Perfect combination, Meredith. Just lovely as always.

Enjoy the Tower/reformer combo workouts.  Can really engage abs more on leg circles with the bilateral springs.  Thanks!
