I actually was able to do "happy teaser" today. Your graduated pieces to this really helped me to find the concentration and strength to get in this position! You are my "go to video". Your explanations have really helped me to understand what I am trying to achieve with my stretches. Have you done another similar level video so I can enjoy variety and keep you as my teacher?
