Hi! Is this class still beneficial to do without the oov? I'm looking for a steady mat class with focus on stability (I'm hypermobile) that I can do as a warm-up before dance rehearsals.

Love the class! I have felt things that I never felt before. Felt my hip flexor and connection to the abs on the left side like never. I just received the Oov last week and have not took the time to properly test it. I was introduced to it by a friend in Pilates Fest North Calgary in November 2021.
