Thank you, Meredith!  May I ask you :  Can these exercises on the spine corrector be done on the "Pilates Arc" by Balanced Body as well?

Jan V they sure can!!  I recommend for the exercises done with the pelvis on top of the arc and the shoulders on the floor that you use the taller part of the arc after removing the seat from the front.  It feels much more like the dimensions of the spine corrector that way.  Please let me know if you have any questions.  I am always happy to help.
