Wow I was just learning about how my left hemipelvis is more anteriorly tilted than my right, as well as more flared out at the top. I'm so happy I found this class! I am definitely looking for more pelvic stability and strength as sometimes I push too hard and end up with pain around the sacrum and sacroiliac joints, will be putting this class strongly on my rotation!
