I love this class! I started working out at home with the covid shutdowns and have not rejoined a gym. My workouts include: jogging, reformer, and HITT classes. I really felt that strength training was missing as I do not have weights. This strength building class is what I need. Please more, more, more. I would love to see more athletic style trainings from you. I particularly would love to see exercises that could mimic doing squats with a barbell/smith machine and other things that would replicate lower body equipment/exercises. Thank you so much for this class and your wonderful positive attitude. I agree real me DO do mermaids!
