love your classes. Would you still recommend keeping the shoulder girdle free for people with shoulder hypermobility? Any other cues for that situation? Thanks!
I think Pilates Anytime needs to add a Love button, because this mat workout+workshop was awesome! Thank you so much for your insight, Cara. Having rotator cuff issues on & off for years means that I need to practice these ideas over and over until they become second nature and I can pass them onto my clients. Here's to healthier shoulders!
Thanks Cara, that was a good class and went by quickly. Gia Calhoun - you may consider adding a line in the class notes that the actual mat class starts at the end and include the time stamp. I opened this class a few weeks ago thinking it was a 40 min class and was surprised to see a 2+ hour workshop. Finally figured out it was both and where the class started. Thanks!
