This class is not for beginners. It´s rather technical and reminded me more of a modern dance warm up, Graham or Cunningham based perhaps. I did this with my boyfriend, non-dancer and beginner and he got really frustrated. It´s also fast, even for me as a dance-trained Pilates teacher. The zzzsch breath I also found disturbing. Make it 10 min longer, leave out one exercise, slow down and it could be great.
