A bit late for comments but great class! Love the idea of organizing your body and thinking about the movement as opposed to just rushing into it. I recently bought a spring aeropilates for home, as opposed to a cord one, but it is still adjustment from a traditional machine, so appreciate this a lot. The rounded shoulder blocks are a bit weird to me, but for home I am loving it so far.
