For a healthy beginner who knows the work this is absolutely fine, it is labeled Basic Mat. So there should be an understanding of what a basic mat is. There are a lot of variations in "beginner" skill level s though. For those of us who aren't beginners we can make this short little basic run through quite effective. Thanks for your comments. Maureen hi! Wow, so glad things gives a bit of extra energy before work. Romona always did these short little workouts and I am just carrying that on. You might try the "one rep drill" where you do one of each mat exercise in the same fashion. It's invigorating. Keep it up! God Bless.
