This class is wonderful! I'm in post-marathon recovery and this is exactly what my body needs. How would you suggest modifying the standing portion for an allegro without risers? Thank you,
M Thoren, I'm happy to hear your body is enjoying this! I actually prefer not using the risers as the angle is more like real life running! Just begin with the standing leg a little further back, closer to shoulder blocks. Happy running, Fellow Pilatista!
