I really enjoy your classes--my body and mind always feel great afterwards. I do have one question: what would be a good substitute for rolling like a ball? My wonky lumbar discs just don't like that move. Thanks again.
Lauren M Thank you so much!! If rolling like a ball doesn't feel good in you body you could substitute with half roll backs with bent knees and feet on the floor. Or, alternatively, if that is also not great for your lumbar spine you could substitute in a simple pelvic curl or spine stretch forward. Anything with simple articulation should do the trick.
