I love this workout.  I do all or part of it mixed with another workout from this series 2-3 times a week.  I love the music and wish I could get it for further use.
I'm 18 weeks pregnant and modified a few parts and loved the class. I'm inspired to look for prenatal barre classes, they seek perfect since it's standing.
Wow that was fun!!! Challenging and really well put together! Ok now I’m going to do this series 😅💪💪
