Michelle K yes! Great question. I feel the desk drawer pull from its frame and then the drawer falls to the floor. It helps me feel the out and down of the abdominals as they release. Then I connect more deeply to the up and in of picking up the drawer and sliding it back into the frame of the desk. It’s the up that I’m noticed can be challenging for some to connect with.
