Double leg stretch is fun in this class with the ball behind you.  Great opportunity to really bring the quads into the leg lever on this exercise.  Fun series of five!  Seriously.

Great class, thank you Kristi. However, It's a beginner level for a Pilates teacher, definitely not a beginner for a regular person. I often come here for an inspiration of movement / cues / and class planning. Thank you for this platform.
