Hanna S ~ Thank you for your feedback. Determining the level of a class can be difficult as it is pretty subjective. After reviewing this class, we have decided to keep it at a level 2. This level is meant for those with Pilates experience and general body awareness and this class doesn't contain movements that would be dangerous for an intermediate student. Beginners or those with contraindications would be advised to try our level 1 or level 1/2 classes.
Fantastic class and one I would not normally have taken. Don't let the word "restorative" make you think you won't work hard in your abs, arms and legs. I feel great this was an awesome way to kick off a Friday.
