Really enjoying this programme! On day 5, my body aches in all the right places
I completed the challenge! I absolutely loved it! The transitions and building blocks were awesome 🙌🏼  
This is my go-to ab class! I try to do it at least once a fortnight - there is so much choice on PA! - and love it every time. Such a great combination of Pilates-abs and quick counter stretches at the right time. Your cues are great and I love your energy! Thank you, Carrie. Next challenge soon?...
