I loved this class! I nice mix of upper body and lower body exercises. I enjoyed the pace, cues, and movements. I normally do 45-60min classes, but saw this 30min class when I only had 30min in my schedule, I am so glad I did! I love you as a teacher! Thank you!
Claire G ~ I'm so glad that helped you! I find it to be one of the more challenging exercises to cue as well because there are so many details in the exercise.
