I think this could be my new favorite class on pilates anytime. It’s got everything in, the pace is great, I feel like I’ve had a real workout in a time I can manage to give. How do you manage to talk while you’re doing the ab work with the straps around the thighs?? 😂
I'm so glad you liked it, Rebecca C! It's definitely a struggle to talk while doing ab work but it also helps me to keep breathing because I have a habit of holding my breath during challenging exercises!

Our difficulty rating for classes can sometimes fall under a general range, as some classes may be on the "easier" end of advanced, while others are on the more challenging end.
While we would specifically say that this class is a transitionary Intermediate/Advanced class, our classes can be labeled as Advanced for a variety of reasons. In this case, the inclusion of the Semi Circle and the body awareness needed to safely perform movements like the Stomach Massage series with spinal twisting makes this class Advanced.
