A surprisingly vigorous class. I have a hard time controlling the breath. Just focusing on it before movement made it possible for me to at least pay attention to breath during the somatic parts. This is an excellent class for those who want to move with breath and soften into meditation with the satisfaction of having moved strongly beforehand.
