What a wonderfully paced class :) I loved the cue of "reaching your toes up as your spine rolls down" during long spine stretch as Laura was rolling down vertebrae by vertebrae
This was the first video I watched on Pilates Anytime! It was helpful to see this work before our reformer training. I love watching/studying Diane’s hands on corrections. I will remember not to open the legs too wide on leg circles!
Cool to alternate between bicep curls and tricep presses; I have usually done about 8 reps on each before switching, but it's fun to involve more movement!
