Hi Erin, done all 6 lesson and found it really inspiring. Though I’m teaching myself, sometimes focusing on the basics and slow down can give a totally different experience. Like and using your roll up variations as so many people struggling with them. Thank you. 💕🤸‍♀️

I really enjoyed slowing down a bit and focusing on breathing into my body. It really can make all the difference. I also loved the plank variation at the end.  Thank you for a wonderful class.
