Loved this class Kira! The wall work was my absolute favorite. I also enjoyed how your cueing made me think differently about how I get into certain postures. :)
I have done most of your classes Kira, including this one and your challenges, on repeat since I joined Pilates Anytime back in 2020. A shoulder problem slowed me down and I had surgery in May. After a gradual return today was was the first time I did this class again. My affected arm is still a bit weak so this work with the weights will help me regain strength. I have never commented before but I wanted to say a big thank you!
