I substited the maple dowel with a 4lb "body bar" to do this class. It made me wonder if it would be possible to incorporate body bars into some pilates classes more often because it provides a nice little extra challenge.

Great class.  I don't have a pole but a yoga strap worked for a lot of the moves!

I loved that- Thankyou. The pole makes you really concentrate on precision and symmetry
i used foam roller and the balls for this workout. Realized i can also use bands. Overall, fantastic workout! thank you
