I got 11 minutes into this workout and all we’ve really done is breathe and feel our hips. I can do that on my own!

Lola P, Thank you for your feedback. Lola this is a foundational class to improve better body awareness, motor control, alignment, mechanics and efficiency. There's many choices on Pilates Anytime if you're looking for a more vigorous workout. Good luck to you and all the best!
I have been suffering from several niggling injuries lately and have just got back into exercising, this class, yet again, does the job in getting everything 'together' before going into more strenuous classes. I love you classes Tom!
