Love it, love it, love it!!! This is definitely one of the best classes on PA. The entire body gets a good work out. I often feel pilates is more about the pilates principles than functional training, that its just abs and flexion. But this was a lot of good exercises for the arms, back and legs to. Thanks Tash for a great class. I will do it every day this week, until I have that plank combination ;)
Did we intentionally miss the froggies here? I wasn’t sure so I did do 35 and they killed! Love this challenge so much Tash!
