I have a tower/reformer combo and was able to do most everything-just a few modifications at the end. Thank you for a great and kind class
I loved this class and have a raised tower.  For breathing I used my aeroplane board and roll down bar - fabulous and I hope that's allowed.

Just what I needed today. Lovely cueing and reminders of where to feel it in the body.
On my reformer/tower combo, I used large ball secured in magic circle  under feet to simulate feet in trapeze….almost, but not quite, as good!

Question: how is a reformer different from a Cadillac please? I’ve never used a Cadillac except driving one thank u movements look delicious!!

Excelsa S, Marchel in the Pilates Anytime support team here. The biggest difference is that the Cadillac has a raised frame, bars, and cables while the Reformer has a slider and springs on a table. The Cadillac allows to suspend your body for more three-dimentional elements while the Reformer also works your entire body using spring resistance.

Thanks again everyone for the lovely comments! Excelsa S , what Marchel A writes is exactly right, and I wanted to add this: we've actually filmed a little introduction to the Cadillac apparatus right after this class, perhaps you will find it helpful to watch: https://www.pilatesanytime.com/workshop-view/5613/video/Pilates-Intro-to-the-Cadillac-by-Benjamin-Degenhardt
