Love all the energy of your classes. Fabulous.
Have come back to this class 4 times!! Thank you!! It has been a fun addition to my personal practice, and I programmed the glider circuit into one of my Club Pilates classes last week. Students loved it! More Dane, please. As much as I love classical, I love how we can mix it up and add in more play when we study with excellent contemporary teachers. Cheers!

You never cease to amaze me, Dane! This was a terrific use of sliders with some great balance challenge work you sneak in such a way that before I even realized it I was trying the move. Your encouraging words helped me to believe that I should keep going no matter how long I could keep my leg up or how high I could get it.
