Just got my straps and loved the class and the instruction!

I used a band to do the class because my strap was at the studio. It was basically fine. Thank you, Pat for using the strap so effectively.

Hi Diane and Ros, I am glad that you enjoyed the class. One thing that I liked about the SOS was the simplicity and relatively low cost. I use them for building home exercise programs for athletes and for rehabilitative clients. I can also teach this in classes.
