Great class. 
Only one question about the exercise performed lying supine at 29:00 minutes into the session. 
Guidelines for 2nd trimestre after 16 weeks say avoid lying supine due to the risk of Supine hypotension.
Some books recommend to limit this time between 20 sec and 5 minute max.
Your opinion/reply greatly appreciated .

Took this class early in the cold cold morning and it warmed me right up in such a brilliant way. Not pregnant, but exploring classes for a prenatal client. I enjoyed this and I know she will benefit as well. Thank you!
