Hi Courtney, great workout. I have a balanced body reformer at home but in the studio I teach its a low allegro low to the ground, any tips on how I can do the back lunge on short box against the pullies, as clients will be totally bent over? Kneeling perhaps?
Love the addition of the Circle, I don't use it enough! Great explanation of some exercises that are hard to positon (like legs pulling straps) and addition of material once in a position is super for flow. Feeling my hammies big time. Thanks Courtney! :)
