Courtney Miller I absolutely love every single class ive ever done of yours, this is a great little heart starter. i did it after a calmer class. i always prefer higher pace and calorie burn so it felt good to end on this. it will also be a great warm up for some of the matt/barre fusion classes. i look forward to more matt work outs with you. i wish i had a reformer at home. thanks for being such a great instructor and always so happy
I'm a beginner, post-partum mom, and I use this warm-up to get my blood flowing before I do my post-partum workout with the hope that it helps me burn a few more calories as I continue to move my body at a deliberate pace. It's also great as a quick naptime burn! Love it!
