Loved this video and can't wait to try it! Where can I find that dowel with the hooks to attach to ropes? Didn't see it on the Balanced Body website! Can't wait to view your other videos, I really enjoyed your instruction!

A quick note to Sue Hart. You can buy the roll down bar on the Stott site for $30. Or, better still, buy a 30 inch dowel at Home Depot along with some eye screws (not the proper name:). Screw them in and you have a great roll down bar for about $3.00.
