Thank you, RUTH!!!! Been struggling for the last 2 weeks to recover from a wicked upper respiratory infection. And then I find you! Here! And I realized! I needed pauses, and release, and gravity, and sinking, and breathing therapy!!! Bless you for bringing this into the world. Or at least PA! AND ... that was the most delicious 100's ever!

I think what I'm trying to say is that I can feel myself healing already, and I just finished your class 30 seconds ago!

I teach a foam roller class every tuesday at a yoga studio here, and I think: for some of these women in the class, these pauses of silence and feeling themselves are the only times in their lives when they get to be quiet. And how crucial it is....
