I need to do this a few times. I think my lats are over active as in arm to ear I can't relax them , but I like this detail thank you! helpful.

I appreciate the tutorial. Thank you. I wonder if there could be a similar content on a special population who does not look ideal, not 20 years old and a dancer with enhanced abilities.
My reality as a teacher is to have much older clients
and with a more difficult anatomy, and so it would be very helpful to know what can and can not be done.

Loved how this felt in my shoulders, especially the exercise rotating back letting the weight of the arm sink into its socket beside the ribs.
