Thank you Rael, I trained with Stott Pilates but I think it's good to try different ways and I have enjoyed the different Basi teachers. I live in the UAE now but will connect with Kristen and find out more. Thank you for your response.

I loved what you said about each action/movement having its own personality. Like once, when I was still in Qatar I read an interview of yours saying that pilates is not only about the mind and the body but also about the spirit of each one of us. That changed my way of teaching. That lead me to designing a specific logo for my business there. I'm not prepared physically to attend your Master class in Greece but I'll try!!!
