Not pregnant, but excellent as usual. 
Great class! Just what I wanted. Not too many props and lots of arms and glutes. I'm 16 wks and getting stronger with Pilates.
Efficient , effective & perfect for my 3rd pregnancy! I love how she gets right to it and accomplishes so much in a short time. Thank you Melissa!
Such a great class. So much ground covered and the right level of challenge, smart working for pregnant women. Need more just like it!!
