Thanks Avishag!
Still problems with sound and visual. I'm getting only one or the other but not both!
Sven ~ Thank you all for your feedback. I'm sorry that you had trouble with this video. We are trying a new video player in the hopes that it will work better than our previous one. I recommend selecting Auto if you are on the default video player so it will automatically choose the best video for you. You can also try our Alternate Video Player which may work better for your device. If you continue to have issues, please email us at contact@pilatesanytime.com.

This is a wonderful tutorial - some basics about the psoas (for the newbie) and also deeper insights. I was excited to learn about the emotional connection of the psoas in a Pilates forum. I've read about psychologists and psychiatrists trained in trauma relief who go into war torn countries. They teach large groups of people exercises to release their psoas in order to release anxiety and to aid in their emotional healing. Thank you, Ruth!

very interesting what a great tutorial! loved the use of the band to show origins and insertions and also info on releasing the muscle completely in order to get maximum from it. Plus the exercises that Amy demonstrated - all great practical information. Thank you so much!

Erin Coffin - very interesting about the somatic trauma relief work and glad to hear the physical component is finally being acknowledged. (We knew it all along...) Thanks for posting!

Thanks Ruth! I wish I could be your shadow and learn all your insights! :)
Erin coffin, that sounds fascinating, are any of the articles online?
Thanks Kathleen. The best way to get insights is to learn other modalities... different ways of organizing/looking at things can add interesting filters over what you already know....
