I was surprised to discover my own weakness in the mid thoracic when carefully performing your sequences. Realize I need to be doing more of this! Do you have a cue for those who feel the work as strain in the lumbar area?

Hi Joanne, I missed your question! I would cue a posterior pelvic tilt and/or cue rib to pelvic connection. I often say "imaging that you have bungee cords connecting the ribs to the pelvis." Palpate the lumbar paraspinals and make sure they are lengthened and relaxed during the entire exercise.
