Silvia, It will help me answer you if I know if you are valgus/ "knock kneed". If you are are, I would work in a slight rotation from the hip, make it small. Keeping your thighs together but letting your heels be apart. Be vigilant to initiate properly and keep your legs straight! Good luck!
