I love this so much Julie Driver , thank you! I feel like even though my children are much older (first born already 27!) these movements and cuing feel relevant to my menopausal body. I really loved when you said "prioritize your spine"... and I love your voice, it is so soothing and helps me to concentrate on my body. It focuses me inward.
I tried the exercise on all-4s on light spring facing the risers with one of the champion skiers that I train and she loved it. Really helps to mobilize the lower back and spine toward the base. Golden!
