After doing this class a number of times since it debuted, I have been regularly doing this class once or twice a week for about a month now. I love how complete a workout it is! I’m discovering that what I thought was my dominant side is actually my weak side pretending to be dominant 😉. I love the unilateral movement in this class. I have also made strength strides and notice how much easier it is to do now. The hamstring work/calf stretches are a regular part of any workout now for me. One of my top ten classes on this site.
