Lovely class and flow, I loved the different preps and how you add on, the balance challenge, simple yet challenging movements and the smile. I feel the more you do simple but proper you strengthen better. Thank you Viktor
Viktor I really think the preparatory exercises (exercises that prepare you for the next exercise) and also parsing out of the exercises (double-leg bent leg stretch) was something I hadn't seen before. Thank you so very much and welcome to the Pilates Anytime family!!!
