What springs do you start the class with? The class says 2 but is it 2 red? Then for the second exercise, you say to add a yellow spring. Is it on top of the 2 red strings?
I really liked the presenter, but found the set ups with straps all a bit complicated, and abandoned after 15 mins or so, maybe it gets easier with practice.
I love this class, yes, it is true it is a very hard class but I just modified some exercises or just do not do the complete glutes serie and do something different. I also think it is a fantastic and different class.
